In order to promote our range of temporary and permanent work opportunities, Concorde International have created a new and improved recruitment website.
During the summer we employ a dedicated group of people to assist with teaching English to those enrolled on our junior summer schools. The new site has been re-vamped to help particularly with this recruitment phase, which begins now so that we have staff in place ready for the summer.
We have been organising summer courses since 1972 and we ensure that both the pupils and the staff get the most from their time here. Many people return year on year to work with us, helping to teach English in England to groups of young people. Last year we saw 70% of our staff returning.
During the summer schools we offer our teaching staff a development workshop once a week. As a teacher training school we actively encourage professional development for all our staff.
The new look website contains a lot of images of previous summer schools to offer applicants an idea of what to expect and the fun they can have whilst working with us.
There are also useful features like timetables of typical working weeks and maps showing our summer school locations throughout Kent and Southern England. Although Concorde International are based in Canterbury, our summer English language courses run in a variety of different locations.
The re-vamped recruitment website is designed to work in conjunction with the Concorde International main website. However as it is particularly focused on recruiting staff rather than promoting our courses, it also works as a separate website and contains images from previous years to encourage future applicants.
