Student Visit to University of Kent
During my course I had the opportunity to visit the information technology department at Kent University, and interview some of the staff there including the person responsible for buying and maintaining the university computers.
This experience was very useful as my work involves selling computer systems and I was able to compare English and Japanese working culture.
Although it was a little hard to talk with English people, I was able to understand more than I expected. This experience gave me the chance to practise my English and showed me that my English is really improving.
It was interesting to meet some English people in their workplace.
