What kind of tasks did you have to do as part of your placement?
Market research, competitor analysis, demand estimation (to create production schedules), document translation and customer service.
What are the main differences in working practice between the UK and your home country?
Actually, they are quite similar. The main difference is the problem related to communicating in English.
Would you recommend UK work experience with Concorde to future students?
Yes, it is the best way to improve English as well as learning how an international company works.
What problems did you have, if any, and how did you overcome them?
The main challenge is to learn a lot of new concepts in a short period of time.

Don’t be afraid about asking if you need some help.

I haven’t had any problems with preparation before my placement.
Did you attend Concorde's Work Skills course before your placement?
Yes. I would recommend it especially because you learn how to make a really good CV and getting interesting information regarding job interviews.
