Regular Flights from KLM to Kent International Airport

KLM Dutch Airlines are now running regular flights from Kent’s International Airport (Manston Airport) which started on Spring 2013 – fantastic news for students coming to Concorde International!

The closest airport to a lot of our summer schools is Manston Airport which makes a fairly quick transfer from airport Arrivals to our schools. Check our transfer times below from Manston Airport to our lovely English summer centres in South East England, including Ashford,Canterbury, Broadstairs, Folkestone and Rochester.

• 25 minutes to Canterbury
• 10 minutes to Broadstairs
• 45 minutes to Folkestone
• 45 minutes to Ashford
• 60 minutes to Rochester

This is brilliant news for the destinations of the junior summer school, but also for those of you coming to study all year round courses Even better, students arriving during off-season times can enjoy discounted transfers too!

The regular flights to/from Manston Airport will help Kent to become more of an international hotspot to visitors from around the world. Visitors will be able to see the beauty of Kent, the so-called “Garden of England,” and visit many of the exciting attractions that are on offer in the area –some of which lucky Concorde students will be going to see on their organised excursions during their study courses with us!

KLM Airlines, who in 2004 merged with Air France, fly to 134 destinations from its hub airport in Amsterdam. The flights from Manston Airport will only fly directly to Amsterdam, but from Amsterdam’s, Schiphol Airport they fly to many major cities in Europe and around the world including Tokyo, Beijing and many more.

Passengers will be able to arrive at Manston Airport and have a hassle free experience that makes travelling much easier. There is much less traffic and fewer flight delays to affect journeys, making travelling an altogether more enjoyable experience. KLM is to run two morning flights from Manston Airport with one returning in mid-morning and the other in the evening - perfect for transfers across the country and beyond.
