How to book
- Complete the application form (adult or junior):
- Enter Personal Information
- Select Course, Accommodation, Airport transfer
- Select Method of Payment: £100 deposit for students not requiring a visa or £500 deposit for students requiring a visa. Read Terms and Conditions
- We will send your booking confirmation, information pack and invoice.
- Total course fees must be paid at least 30 days before your course begins.
- Late booking - please send the total course fees and proof of payment if you are booking less than 30 days before the course begins.
On presentation of Refusal of Entry Clearance, students receive a refund of deposit less Registration Fee (£90) and bank charges.
Please make sure that you leave a copy of your ID/Passport with a family member so that in case you lose them, this copy can be emailed / faxed to the school to facilitate new documentation from the Embassy without delay.
The school is closed on Public Holidays (25 March, 28 March, 2 May, 30 May, 29 August) and the Christmas - New Year period. (Closed 23 December. Lessons will recommence on Tuesday 3rd January).
Please note that no refund of fees will be made when Concorde International is closed for official public holidays.
These must be made in writing to Concorde International.
Fees will be retained according to when your notification of cancellation is received.
Number of days before commencement of the course:
30 days or more - one week tuition fee retained
29-8 days – 50% of tuition fees retained
7 days or less – total fees retained.
Once a course has been booked and confirmed, any course changes can only be made with the agreement of the Course Director. Course fees are not refundable.
We strongly recommend that students take out full comprehensive insurance for the period of their stay in the UK to cover Cancellation, Medical Expenses, Personal Injury, Lost Property and Personal Liability.
This may be purchased in your own country before travelling but if you are not able to do this, we recommend Student Guard Insurance from www.course-u-can.com, who are able to provide cover at a reasonable price. Please visit their website or e-mail them at: email@example.com Concorde International cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by students who are not insured.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or to exclude a student in the event of misconduct or non-attendance. If the student continues to offend, we reserve the right to expel the student, at their own expense and with no refund on fees paid.
Students have to pay for any damage caused to property in their accommodation or on the school premises.
Concorde International will not be responsible for any injury to or by students or to any third party other than our common law legal liability in respect of negligent acts on our part. In no circumstances will we be responsible for consequential losses irrespective of how they are caused.
In the unlikely event that your course or accommodation is cancelled, changed or curtailed, Concorde International will offer a reasonable alternative course and accommodation, or a refund of fees for the hours of tuition and accommodation not taken.
Any disputes will be settled under the current laws of the United Kingdom.
