Folkestone
One of the sunniest seaside resorts in England, Folkestone is enormously popular with Concorde International students who have been visiting the town for over 20 years.
Situated on the south coast, the town has a colourful fishing harbour which has a sandy beach on one side and a pebble beach on the other.
Surrounded by beautiful Kent countryside, the "Garden of England", Folkestone is also very close to a number of historic castles and gardens. The world famous Cathedral city of Canterbury is only 30 minutes drive away.
The School
Students' classes and some activities will be held at K College, Folkestone located next to Radnor Park. The campus is modern with excellent teaching and IT facilities, a large refectory and shop where students can purchase snacks or a hot lunch, and a new student union building with a coffee shop. There is a large hall for performances and the sports centre is only 5 minutes walk. The campus is 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the sea front, with clear views of France over the English Channel.

Homestay
There are 150 beds in Folkestone Homestay, many which have been hosting Concorde International students for many years! Most Homestay are within walking distance of the college and there is a bus stop outside for those students who live a little further away in Cheriton and surrounding areas. The Homestay Organiser will assist with bus passes on arrival and these cost £12 - 20 per week.
