Since opening the Eurotunnel link, it is also a major gateway for travellers to and from the continent.

Surrounded by beautiful Kent countryside (the "Garden of England"), Folkestone is also very close to a number of historic castles and gardens. The world famous Cathedral city of Canterbury is only 30 minutes drive away.

The school is located in a pleasant residential area and set in spacious grounds with playing fields, the school provides security and easy access routes to London.

There is a large hall for students meetings, drama sessions and "Language in Action" workshops. All classrooms are large and well decorated

Sport facilities:

Swimming, tennis, basketball and football are all available at the town's excellent sports centre - it even has a dry ski slope!

Overlooking the East Cliff and sands is the pitch-and-putt golf course, popular with students of every age.

Residential
Rooms with 1/2/3 beds, some with hand wash basins. Modern shower units and some baths in the building, and several spacious common rooms with television, video facilities and table-tennis.

Homestay
Our families in Folkestone live within walking distance of the school, have been working with us for years and really enjoy looking after our students. The family will provide a picnic lunch everyday. Hot lunch available for a small extra charges.
